For sale is a SAPPHIRE ROUGH FACET LOOSE GEMSTONE.  The stone originates from Sri Lanka which has some of the largest and finest sapphire deposits in the world.  Sapphire mines are located in the Ratnapura region of the country.  The stones are TRANSLUCENT in clarity and are of good color and quality.  The stone is completely natural and genuine in its rough form, no treatment has been given to the stone for the purpose of enhancing color or clarity.
