It is worn in the mountainous regions of Afghanistan and Pakistan which experience extended fall/winter seasons. It is made in the JAMMU KASHMIR (Swat Valley) area of the country. This apparel makes a great gift for family, friends, and co-workers or for those who plan to visit Afghanistan, Pakistan, or India and want to look traditional. This patoo is made of cashmere wool. The patoo is machine washable (delicates). It can be worn in the fall, winter, and early spring seasons comfortably. These shawls are very popular with customers all around the world.
