Etsy suspended my account and let another seller unfairly continue his business (a sellerwho copyrighted my photo)

As a follow up to my account suspension on etsy, I would also like to add that another seller (who is selling items which are almost identical to mine), was allowed to continue selling on etsy unfairly even though I noticed that the seller had made unauthorized use of my photo (copyright violation). I reported this to etsy and no action was taken against the seller.
